Account & Data Deletion

Flavor Quest has no accounts, sign-ups or logins. We never ask for your name, email, phone number or password, and we don't keep your game save on our own servers. So there is no "Flavor Quest account" to delete; your data lives in the places below and you can delete all of it yourself.

Deletion can't be undone. Your level progress, stars, gold, boosters and any in-game items you bought are lost permanently.

1. Delete the game save on your device

  • iPhone / iPad: Touch and hold the Flavor Quest icon > Remove App > Delete App.
  • Android: Settings > Apps > Flavor Quest > Storage > Clear data, then Uninstall.

2. Delete the cloud backup

Deleting the game does not delete its cloud backup; if you reinstall with the same account, your progress may come back. To delete the backup too:

  • iPhone / iPad (iCloud): Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage (or Storage) > Flavor Quest > Delete Data. If Flavor Quest isn't listed, email us and we'll look into it together.
  • Android (Google backup): Manage your app data backup under Settings > Google > Backup (or System > Backup).

3. Data processed by service providers

Game analytics (GameAnalytics) and rewarded ads (Google AdMob) process data linked to app-specific technical identifiers that don't identify you by name. To have this data deleted:

  1. Email info@playflavorquest.com with the subject "Flavor Quest — Data deletion request".
  2. Tell us your device type (iPhone / iPad / Android) and roughly since when you've been playing.
  3. We'll reply within 30 days and start the deletion with the relevant providers.

Don't send passwords, ID documents or card details; we don't need them for deletion.

4. Support emails

If you emailed us, our conversation is kept until your request is resolved and then deleted. Email the same address if you'd like it deleted sooner.

5. What may still be kept?

  • Purchase records: Payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play; invoices and transaction records follow the store's rules and legal retention periods. We can't delete them.
  • Legal obligations: Information we're legally required to keep is kept only for that period.
