INCH UP
Account & Data Deletion
Last updated: October 19, 2026
When you open Inch Up, a player account is created for you automatically. Your profile, friends, group, scores and cloud save are linked to this account. You can delete your account and all your data at any time.
Deletion can't be undone. Your best distance, drops, purchased marbles and inks, No Ads, friend list and group membership are lost permanently.
1. Delete inside the game (fastest)
- Open the game and go to Settings.
- In the Support section, tap Delete my account.
- Once you confirm, your account and server data start being deleted right away.
2. Delete by email if you can't access the game
If you've uninstalled the game or can't open it:
- Email support@sweetdaystudios.com with the subject "Inch Up — Account deletion request".
- Tell us your nickname and, if you know it, your friend code (3 letters + 3 digits).
- We may ask a few questions to confirm the account is yours.
- We'll complete your request within 30 days and let you know.
Don't send passwords, ID documents or card details; we don't need them for deletion.
3. What gets deleted?
- Your player account and Game Center link
- Your nickname, avatar, friend code and stats
- Your daily and all-time scores
- Your friend list, incoming and outgoing requests, blocked players and group invites
- Your group membership (if you own the group, it passes to the next member; if you're the last member, the group is deleted)
- Your cloud save (drops, owned looks, boosters, purchase records)
- Your push token
Deletion started inside the game begins immediately; full removal from backup and log systems takes up to 30 days.
4. Delete data on your device
After deleting your account, you can also remove the game from your device:
- iPhone / iPad: Touch and hold the Inch Up icon > Remove App > Delete App.
- Android: Settings > Apps > Inch Up > Storage > Clear data, then Uninstall.
Uninstalling the game alone does not delete your account: on iPhone, reinstalling with the same Game Center account brings your progress back.
5. What may still be kept?
- Purchase records: Payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play; invoices and transaction records follow the store's rules and legal retention periods. We can't delete them.
- Reports: Reports you made about other players, or that were made about you, may be kept unlinked from your identity for up to 12 months after review.
- Game Center: Scores on Apple's Game Center leaderboards are tied to your Apple account; manage them in Apple's privacy settings.
- Legal obligations: Information we're legally required to keep is kept only for that period.
