Try these first
- Close the game completely and open it again. A fresh session often clears a temporary glitch.
- Check for an update: there may be a new version on the App Store or Google Play.
- Check your internet connection. Climbing works offline, but rankings, friends, groups and cloud backup need a connection.
If your progress is missing, don't delete the game. Write to us first; your account and backup may still be there.
Include this in your email
- Device model and system version.
- Game version (shown at the bottom of the Settings screen).
- Your friend code (on Ranking > Friends > Add Friend). It helps us find your account.
- What you expected and what happened; for drop or purchase issues, roughly when.
- A screenshot, if you have one.
Never send passwords, ID documents or card details.
Frequently asked questions
How do I play?
Drag your finger under the marble to draw a short ink line. The marble bounces when it hits the line, and the line's angle decides where it goes. Line length is limited: the blue bar at the top shows how much you can draw. Climb as high as you can without touching saws or lasers and without falling. To see the tutorial again: Settings > Replay tutorial.
What's a camp, and where can I continue from?
A camp is set every 100 meters. When you fall, you're offered to continue from the last camp you reached. Once per climb you can continue by watching an ad (free if you own No Ads); you can also continue with drops: 50, then 100, then 200. To keep rankings fair, you can continue at most 3 times per climb.
What are drops and how do I earn them?
Drops are the game's currency. You earn them by collecting drops along the way as you climb; gold drops are worth more. Spend them in the Store on new marbles and inks, or on magnets and hourglasses before a run. You can also buy drop packs in Store > Packs.
What do the magnet and hourglass do?
The magnet pulls nearby drops to your marble. The hourglass slows time for a few seconds, giving you a breather on a tough stretch. Pick them on the main menu before you start. The Long Pen, Shield and Rocket you find along the way also help for that climb.
Where is my progress saved? Will it come back on a new phone?
Your progress is saved on your device and in a cloud backup linked to your account. On iPhone and iPad, sign in to Game Center with the same Apple account and your progress comes back automatically when you reinstall or move to a new device. If you're not signed in, go to your phone's Settings > Game Center.
On Android the account is currently tied to that device; uninstalling the game may lose your progress. Google Play Games linking is coming soon. Progress can't be moved between iPhone and Android yet.
How do I add a friend?
On Ranking > Friends > Add Friend you'll see your own friend code (3 letters and 3 digits). Share your code, or enter your friend's code and send a request. Once it's accepted, you'll see each other's best distances. You can have up to 100 friends.
How do I create or join a group?
Go to Ranking > My Group > Create a group and pick a name and emblem; your group code is then ready. Friends join with that code or with an invite you send. To join a group, enter its code on the Join a group screen. You can be in one group at a time, and a group can have up to 50 members.
How is the group score calculated?
It's the average best distance of the group's top 5 members. A group needs at least 3 members to enter the world group ranking. For the daily ranking, at least 3 members need to have climbed today.
When do rankings reset?
The "Today" ranking resets every night at 00:00 Turkey time. "All time" shows your best distance.
Someone is using an inappropriate name or bothering me.
Open the player's profile and choose Report or Block from the ••• menu at the top right. A player you block can't send you requests and leaves your friend list. For an inappropriate group: Group settings > Report group. We review every report.
How do I turn notifications on or off?
The game can notify you about friend requests, group invites and a friend beating your best. Best-distance notifications aren't sent between 23:00 and 09:00. To turn them on or off, use your phone's Settings > Notifications > Inch Up.
A purchase didn't arrive or disappeared.
First close and reopen the game. If it's still missing, tap Settings > Restore purchases; premium marbles and inks and No Ads come back on the same store account. If the problem continues, write to us with the order number from the store's receipt and your friend code.
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple and Google. For a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, or your order history on Google Play.
A rewarded ad won't open.
An ad may not always be ready; check your connection and try again a little later. The video has to be watched to the end to get the reward.
How do I change my nickname or avatar?
Tap your own row on the Ranking screen to open your profile and edit it. Names must be 2–16 characters, using only letters, digits and spaces.
How do I delete my account and data?
Inside the game: Settings > Support > Delete my account. Your profile, friends, group membership, scores and cloud save are permanently deleted. If you can't access the game, follow the steps on the Account & Data Deletion page.
Which languages is the game in?
English and Turkish. You can switch in Settings > Game language.
