INCH UP
Terms of Use
Last updated: October 19, 2026
By downloading and playing Inch Up you accept these terms. We've tried to keep them short and plain.
In short
- The game is free; purchases and watching ads are optional.
- Drops stay in the game: they can't be turned into real money or transferred.
- Payments and refunds are handled by the store: Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Your nickname and group name are public; don't harass anyone.
- No cheating: modifying the game or tampering with scores or your save isn't allowed.
1. Acceptance and parties
These terms govern the use of the Inch Up mobile game (iOS and Android), developed by Erkan Giris ("we") under the Sweet Day Studios brand, and the Inch Up pages on sweetdaystudios.com. By downloading, installing or playing the game you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't accept them, don't use the game and remove it from your device.
If you downloaded the game from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; if from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply. Where they conflict with these terms, the store's rules take precedence. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms; we alone are responsible for supporting and maintaining the game.
If you're under 18, use the game, and especially purchases, with the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. License to use the game
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable license to play the game on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes. The game is licensed to you, not sold.
You may not copy, rent, sell, modify or reverse engineer the game, or use any of its parts (art, sounds, worlds) in another product, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
3. Player account
A player account is created for you automatically when you open the game; on iPhone and iPad, if you're signed in to Game Center, it's linked to Game Center. Your account is personal: you may not sell or transfer it, or use someone else's.
You can delete your account any time inside the game (Settings > Support > Delete my account). A deleted account, its progress and any purchased in-game items can't be restored.
4. Nicknames, groups and other players
The nickname, avatar, group name and group emblem you choose are visible to other players. They must not:
- Contain profanity, insults, hate speech, or sexual or violent language.
- Impersonate another person, a brand, or the Sweet Day Studios team.
- Contain personal information such as phone numbers, addresses or emails, or advertising.
If you see an inappropriate name, profile or group, use Report in the game; you can remove a player you don't want to hear from with Block. We review reports and may change names that break these rules, close groups, remove players from rankings or suspend accounts.
A group's owner can remove members; a removed player can't rejoin the same group. If the owner leaves, the group passes to the member with the best distance.
5. Rankings and scores
Rankings are made from climbs actually played in the game. We may remove or correct faulty, cheated or rule-breaking scores, or remove an account from rankings. The daily ranking resets every night at 00:00 Turkey time. Rankings and badges are for fun; they carry no promise of a prize or value.
6. Drops and in-game items
Drops, marble and ink looks, magnets, hourglasses and similar items in the game ("in-game items") are for use inside the game only.
- In-game items can't be exchanged for real money, goods or anything of value; they can't be sold or transferred and have no value outside the game.
- When you buy or earn them, you get the right to use them in the game; you don't acquire ownership of the items.
- Drops and single-use boosters are used up as you spend them.
- We may change prices, rewards and item effects to balance the game. This won't reduce the amount of items you've bought but not yet used.
- We reserve the right to correct or remove items granted by mistake or obtained by cheating.
7. Purchases and refunds
Drop packs, the Starter Pack, premium marbles and inks, and No Ads can be bought with real money in the game. Payment is made through the Apple App Store or Google Play under that store's rules. The price, including taxes, is shown on the store's screen before you buy. The Starter Pack can only be bought once.
Your purchase is added to your account as soon as payment is confirmed. Because these are intangible digital items delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal doesn't apply under Article 15 of Turkey's Distance Contracts Regulation. The store's refund rules and your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Refund requests are handled by the store: reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, your order history for Google Play. If a purchase is refunded, the in-game items it delivered may be removed from your account. You can restore permanent items (premium looks, No Ads) on the same store account with Settings > Restore purchases.
8. Rewarded ads
The game may offer rewarded video ads that you choose to watch, for example to continue from your last camp. The reward is given when the video is watched to the end and the ad service confirms it. We don't guarantee that ads will always be available. Advertisers are responsible for ad content. If you've bought No Ads, these steps are free and ad-free.
9. Save and cloud backup
Your progress is stored on your device and in a cloud backup linked to your account. On iPhone and iPad, signing in with the same Game Center account brings your progress back on a new device. On Android the account is currently tied to that device; uninstalling the game or clearing its data may lose your progress. Progress can't be moved between iPhone and Android yet.
10. Rules of conduct
While playing, you must not:
- Use cheats, bots, automation tools or software that modifies the game.
- Tamper with scores, your save, the clock or device settings to get distance, drops or items.
- Send requests to our servers from outside the game, try to access other players' data, or disrupt the service.
- Use friend requests, invites or reports to harass others.
- Abuse ad rewards or the purchase system, or make fraudulent purchases.
If you break these rules, we may remove unfairly obtained scores and items, suspend your account or end your license.
11. Intellectual property
The Inch Up name and logo, and the game's art, characters, avatars, worlds, sounds, texts and software belong to us or our licensors.
You may share videos and screenshots of your play for non-commercial purposes, as long as you don't present them as the game itself. We'd love that.
12. Beta versions
Beta versions distributed through TestFlight or Google Play closed testing are in development: they may contain bugs, progress, scores, rankings or items may be reset, and features may change. Purchases in beta versions are for testing and aren't charged. We may use the feedback you send to improve the game.
13. Changes to and end of the service
We may update the game, add or remove features, or withdraw it with reasonable advance notice. Online features (rankings, friends, groups, cloud backup) depend on an internet connection and on our servers running.
14. Limitation of liability
We work to keep the game running well, but it's provided "as is": we don't guarantee it will run without interruption or errors. We're not responsible for progress lost due to device failure, connection problems or reasons on your side. Liability that can't be limited under applicable law is unaffected.
15. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; we'll announce important changes in the game or on this page. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in remain unaffected.
