TOY WORKSHOP
Support
Last updated: October 19, 2026
Let’s work it out together.
Have a question, suggestion or problem with Toy Workshop? Start with the answers below or write to us. We ask a parent or legal guardian to send support requests for children.
How do I play?
Swap adjacent pieces to bring at least three of the same kind together. Complete the goals at the top of the screen to progress with the repair. Some levels ask you to collect materials, clean dirt or remove obstacles. Follow the in-game guidance when a new mechanic appears.
How do toys unlock?
Each toy has 10 levels. Complete all of them to move on to the next toy. If a toy is locked, check the preceding repairs. The current version does not require an in-app purchase to unlock toys.
What if I run out of moves?
There is no move limit or lives system. Keep playing until you complete the goals. Stars depend on your performance; a falling star indicator as you make moves does not mean you have lost the level.
How do helpers work?
Scissors, the hammer, magnet and tweezers charge through matches. Activate them with their buttons when ready. If a helper is unavailable, make more matches and check its charge indicator.
Do I need internet?
Core matching and repairs run on your device. Downloading, updating, sending email and supported platform backups may need internet. Offline play does not mean a platform backup is updated at the same time.
Do I need an account?
No separate Toy Workshop player account is needed. Supported backups may use your device’s Apple or Google account and system settings. Do not share those passwords with us.
Where is progress saved?
Levels, stars and preferences are stored on the device. With suitable account and iCloud settings, progress may synchronise on iOS. Android’s automatic backup and restore may operate depending on the device and account. We cannot guarantee a completed backup on every device at every moment.
My progress is missing. What should I do?
- Check that you use the same Apple or Google account and review system backup settings.
- Check your connection and reopen the app.
- Pass the parental gate and try the restore option in Settings. Its effect may vary by platform.
- If the issue remains, tell us which devices you moved between and your last remembered toy and level.
Deleting the app or clearing its data while investigating may lose local progress. Check the backup first. Because there is no separate developer-operated player-account server, we may not be able to recreate a save absent from both the platform and your device. Automatic iOS-to-Android transfer is not available.
How do I change sound, music and language?
Tap Settings on the home screen and complete the parental check. Adjust sound, music and vibration, and choose Turkish or English. If sound is missing, also check volume, silent mode and connected headphones.
What is the parental gate?
A short arithmetic question intended for an adult appears before settings and external links. It reduces children’s access to external destinations without help, but does not replace supervision or the device’s family controls.
The game freezes or does not open.
Close and reopen it, restart the device and check free storage. Install an available store update. If the problem remains, send the moment it occurred, device model, operating system and game version. Check backups before reinstalling to avoid data loss.
Are there ads or purchases?
The current game has no ads, in-app subscriptions or payment to unlock toys. Toys unlock as you complete them. Any store download price appears before downloading; this page does not claim the app is free in the store. Use the store’s support for transactions or refunds.
Which ages is it designed for?
The game is designed especially with ages 6–10 in mind. For the official rating and device compatibility, check the current store listing. We recommend exploring together according to your child’s interests and needs.
How do I delete my data?
Toy Workshop has no separate player account. Device saves, platform backups and support emails can be held separately. See Account & Data Deletion for details and a sample request.
